i posted one truly negative or innapropriate comment, depending on how you look at it. i'm at around 1600 posts without a single negative rep. point, but because not enough people posted positive rep. points about me i'm now at -3 for one freaking post! it's like wearing a scarlett letter! I would be very happy if both ebay and PP verified their users. If PP would require a reserve, upfront. If PP actually captured the funds instead of acting like they do. Verification would be the bestest though! Secret - I knew it was a buyer. The false escrow still applies., imo, of course.
