cos liek, black people are portrayed as quite intelligent, posh sounding intellectuals that speak in a fairly slow and thought out way i think it's an unfair and racist portrayal of blacks...or something Cool Ice cold Barrack Obama Ftw!!!, lukejedi203.inc (tm)

A very accurate portrayal of SBR's "Players Talk" Forum (A beggar sits in front of a bank playing an accordion. There is a monkey sitting next to him as Inspector Clouseau walks up.) Clouseau: Do you have a license? Beggar: What? Clouseau: City ordinance 147-B prohibits the playing ...

I've had way too much free time on my hands lately, and decided to check out the wire. just finished season 1 So how realistic is all the corruption and the bureaucracy that they have to go through, everyone having the wrong motives, the rarity of "good police", judges being paid off left and righ, all that stuff? What about the drug game, was that a pretty accurate portrayal of how things work...

Colin Powell is a smart man, but I don't think he's the Dudley Doright they showed in the movie. In "W" they show Powell as this all-knowing, unflinchingly good person. It was completely not believable. I think Powell is a great person and a great American, but they show Cheney as Hitler and Powell as Mother Theresa. Cheney is not that evil, and Powell is not completely good (is anyone?). ...

I'm watching the latest episode of Flashforward which supposedly takes place in HK. All is fine and well until its 10min into the episode, and the characters are walking down a supposed Hong Kong alley at night. The place was crowded with a bunch of neon signs with Victoria Harbour as its backdrop. Yet, NOTHING about the scene looks accurate, nor does it even feel accurate. This reminds me of ...

Guns are not easy to get in Ireland and are illegal. Gun laws are only good at keeping guys out of law abiding citizens hands. If a criminal wants a gun he'll get one.

I was watching The Green Mile on TV last night. I was watching Tom Hanks act out his terrible UTI/IC symptoms and how John Coffey healed him. Tom did such a great portrayal of the pain.

Alec Baldwin says lost interest in acting, will soon quit . There is only one movie I liked with him in it and that's "Hunt for Red October". Although, I didn't like his portrayal of his character. The scene where Jonah says to Tom Hanks character "im starting to forget her" (his mum) is so perfectly played and true. I have lost a parent this year and the whole movie is realistic in its portrayal of a family heartbroken after the loss of a loved one.

Lighted Santa & Pal Create a very special, lighted North Pole scene right in your very own yard. Portrayal of Santa Claus and a snowman is die cut in wood to create a fascinating, multi dimensional illusion. White lights illuminate the display that includes Santa"s cottage and sleigh. Assembly required; comes apart for compact storage. Lights plug into an AC outlet; 24...

Has anyone seen it? Absolutely amazing film, and very deserving of all its Baftas. All three of the main characters at all three of the stages were brilliantly acted, including the smallest children. Its really honest, and you can't help but be drawn in. The portrayal of India is breathtaking, the story incredible and the emotional rollercoaster fantastic. I honestly laughed, ...

Hugo Weaving (I know, "who"?) as Elrond in Lord of the Rings. Before he said one word, one fiftieth of a second on the camera is all it took to know he was Elrond. It was perfect casting. Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time that's not funny!
