Agreed. Just pointing out that 15% is locked up as long as we stick together, and fearful postings here can definitely affect the solidarity of the group. There are definitely forces working towards that end. We are best united.

I love flash, but you haven't balanced your flash colour temperature (using coloured gel filters) with your ambient light. As a result, you have mixed lighting esp in the last pic.
