I am currently BFing, and trying to start building up a freezer supply of milk for LO. How exactly does this work when using the Playtex nurser bottles & liners?? I hear you can buy an attachment for the pump, so you can pump straight into the liner. But what about pumping & freezing the milk? Do you pump into the liner, then seal the liner somehow before putting it in the freezer? Or pump ...

My DD is now 5 months old, we have been using the playtex drop-ins bottles since I gave up breastfeeding at 3 months. She is using the 3-6 month nipples. I have never seen nipples for beyond 6 months. What comes next? Do we have to switch to a different brand of bottles? And is so, what kind?

We just switched to the playtex drop ins. I've been using the free liners that come with bottles and they measured correctly (I checked with a measuring cup). Now I started using liners from a box (expandable, drop ins) and they are consistently measuring more than is in there... the bottles/liner says 6 ounces but when I measure it's only 5. And I'm looking at the correct side... Anyone ...

I recently got 7 more $1 Playtex coupons in the mail. The first time I got them, the bottom of the coupon said "Playtex" and it expired Dec.31 2010. I got 7 more today and this time the bottom says "Energizer" (same company I think?) and it expires Dec.31/2011. Okay that wasn't my point but I just thought that was weird. Anyways I saw at the side "Please Note: More than one coupon may be ...

I had not had any issues with my Playtex Ventaire bottles until today! LO got extremely fussy when he was hungry and I noticed after a while that he was not getting any milk out of the nipple! He used the same bottle/nipple for two previous feedings today with no problems, so I don't know if it was because of washing it incorrectly or if the nipple was put back on wrong or something (this was at...

I used the Playtex Drop in bottles with my first son seven years ago and loved them. They were easy, sterile, and he did great with them, so naturally, I bought them again for this baby. Well, after lots of throwing up/spitting up/choking, the doctor determined that, like my cousins three boys, he has reflux, so I switched formulas and, on his advice, switched to Dr. Brown's bottles. Now I am...

I'm a recent convert! I am loving not having to sterilize and clean bottles Question: I have the expandable liners but I can't figure out how to tell how much milk I have in each bottle. Do I have to pre-measure and then pour it in the liner? Kind of a PITA... I must be doing something wrong...or maybe I have the wrong liners? LOL...so confused !

Hi there, My LO is heading to day care tomorrow, and I'll be pumping every day and bringing bottles to day care the next morning. I'll be pumping in the Medela bottles and capping them off (which will leave no air flow). I need to bring the bottles prepared, with nipples and everything, to day care each morning. So my question is, can I prepare the bottles (Playtex drop-ins with ...

[color=#22229c] resume normal activity and exercise? When do I return for follow-up care? When After the D cup, things get tricky. American brands include Wacoal, Felina, Victoria ' s Secret, Donna Karan, Playtex, Warner, Calvin Klein. Very few offer larger than a D cup. Those that do, such as Wacoal, offer a D, DD, DDD, and then G. So their G equals 4 D ' s. However, Wacoal does run large in ...

For those of you that have started your LO's on sippy cups, what are you putting in the cups? I was just reading the article about sippy cups on the Babycenter site and it suggested starting off with a little water first. We have a playtex sippy with the gripper handles but I hate putting formula in because he dumps it everywhere and let's face it..formula isn't cheap! He hates the cup with...

If you did, how much cereal to formula do I mix? Do I need to do something to the nipple? We use Playtex nursers. My LO is 6 months old, well almost, and he is not interested in solids AT All. I put it in his mouth and he spits it right back out. this has been going on for 2 weeks now. I have tried different brands of rice cereal, oatmeal, sweet potato and pears. It does not matter what...

we are using the dr. brown bottles now vs the playtex drop ins we were using because he sounds like he is drowning when he drinks his bottles ( gasping, squeaking a lot of squeaking ) like he isnt doing the suck, swallow, breath.. he is breathing air in and sucking at the same time or something and its making a loud squeak noise. with dr. brown bottles it seems to have helped a ...
