I'm applying for planning permission that uses up no more than 15% of my overall garden space for a 5x4 storage shed with a height no more than 2.4. The storage shed is for the ground floor flat only. The council are trying everything in their power not to grant planning. They now even want a detailed drawing of the ground floor flat/they want to inspect each and every room personally. To add, ...

Planning permission – What next My neighbours have been granted a retrospective planning permission for an extension/fire escape despite my objection. Once a planning permission has been granted is there anything that can be done (appeal?) or do I have to accept that there is nothing I can do anymore? Thing is I've been through all the criteria on their website and my extension does not fall into any of them needing planning permission for what I'm doing, so is it still wise sending this...
