hi, I recently started doing pilates again. I have pretty bad anemia, but I usually keep it under control. A symptom of it s RLS (
restless leg sydrome), which I have a few bouts of a few times a year if my iron levels get too low. When I do certain pilates moves (especially ones involve kicking your legs down from 90 degrees), I find that I get a extremely crazy rush of RLS- it makes me panic ...
