1951 Chevy 3100 pickup truck project I have a 1951 Chevy 3100 ½ ton pickup truck. The truck came from South Dakota about nine years ago I just picked on September 26. The truck is all apart. Great to build a rat rod or hot rod. Engine and transmission are in the truck but almost ready to be pulled out. I picked a better set of rear fenders from an old Navy truck and a nice ...

The ones I like are along the lines of the 350-550 Ford chassis with 4 door and extended cab. Allows the back seat to recline a decent amount, haul extra people and not be too overly long. Ran across a older '97 F450 4door ext cab 4x4 at a repo lot a couple years ago. It was cool.
