Compared to most men, I have very weak physical strength. I am 6,4 260 pounds but I am not as strong as I should be. How can I improve my physical strength?

Quite a simple question, can benzos (specifically xanax) reduce physical strength in the short term, right after dosing and the effects have set in? I'm not regular user or even really a fan of benzos, but I took a few (3 mg) before an arm wrestling match today and lost. hit the gym. gain physical strength through lifting weights. the person indicating higher reps for strength (12-14) reps is incorrect. light weight builds endurance, it doesn't make you stronger. it's logic :) 6-10 reps builds mass and strength. 1-6 reps generally are considered power lifting. you get stronger when you use heavier weights and increase the amount after a...
