Well before my emachine with indows xp  ended up stuck only showing the display pages I was geting  a white page saying end program and every time I tried to close it another one appears and its like I cant even shutdown because of it. WHATS THAT ABOUT! 1 person needs an answer I do too

Code: # dmesg | grep kvm kvm: disabled by bios I have a Phoenix Award BIOS V6.00PG and an AMD Phenom Quad Core, how do I go about enabling this in the BIOS? I didn't see anything in the BIOS that jumped out as the answer... Thanks!

installed new HD and when I hit delete as I always have to show bios nothing happens. Is there any other way to get to bios ? I can't set up new wd HD. STAY SAFE doug

i was flashing a new bios and my computer locked up and i turned it off. i pushed the power button to turn it on and it didnt do anything at all. it is a compaq r4000 notebook im not sure what i should do.. i read that removing the cmos battery might restore it to factory defaults. before i want to do that i thought i should ask the advice of some other people
