Here's my situation..... Reviewing BSA and found that an exemption has been filed for an account that is not yet eligible. How should we handle this? Account had been opened for the required 12 months, but had not reached the minimum threshhold of "frequent" reportable transactions (which was 8 per year and is now 5 per year). What should I do? I assume that I need to withdraw the exemption?...

When conducting the annual review for Phase II exemptions, do you also have to verify that the ownership of the business has not changed? I could have sworn I read that somewhere, but now I cannot find it anywhere and am now wondering if I dreamed the whole thing. I would appreciate someone helping me keep my sanity, at least for the moment.

Wrong again...Chugai did a domestic(Japan)phase II study to gain approval in Japan. They also used the Phase III Avastin Amarican data as well. The Japanese like to be sure drugs are tested in Japanese patients to be certain that any genetic differences in Japanese people are reflected in the trial results.
