Hey guys, I finally decided to fix my Pug's air intake. When I got my 306, the air intake was appalling. I didnt have the pipe going from the front of the bumper to the air box, so all of the air going into the airbox and the engine was boiling hot air, straight from the middle of the engine bay. After any substantial drive, if I opened the bonnet and felt around the inlet pipe, the air going ...

Anyone noticed this GTI6 on Ebay with a massive hit on the passenger side. It's in Melbourne and there one bid at 2K. http://cars2.ebay.com.au/1998-Peugeo...mZ170408280 047 Only good for parts or engine in my estimate. Another good six bites the dust. Sad

My wife's 1999 306 hatch was written off in a prang earlier this month. It was fitted with some aftermarket alloys at the time which went with the car to the graveyard. I now have a set of 4 steel wheels, wheel covers and tyres with about 80-90% tread cluttering up the garage. These are for sale for what someone is willing to pay - hopefully around $250. Cheap new tyres and wheel covers at ...

--------------- Peugeot 306 1.4 http://www.forum-auto.com/tuning/v [...] 384142.htm

I'm amazed at the way the 'C' pillar has folded - that was a fairly big hit ! It looks like it was a very well looked after example - very clean under the bonnet. Whatever it's hit looks like a very slim post with square edges - have a look at the top door frame hit... A shame to see another one die like that. It wouldn't have been going very fast anyway, as it isn't a Diablo Red ...

I always had the impression that an expansion air box was desirable somewhere in the intake? Might be a torque thing? Good luck with your car in any case Dave
