the personalize program dosent come out im not able to change my backround ? i looked for it on the control panel it dosen come out and right clicked on the desktop and it says that personalization isnt available for this version of windows...and my computer is a inpiron mini windows 7 starter

Basically, the Appearance personalization window is blank. When I right click and press personalize, the window that comes up is has 7 icons without any description and text. Has anyone had this problem? I've no idea what happened, but I'd appreciate any help.

Dear all I have a Windows Server 2003 DC with different GPOs on it. I also have a Windows Server 2008 Terminal Server for clients. When I log in as Domain Administrator all works fine. But when I log in as a client and do right-click on the desktop -> Personalize nothing happens. How can I enable this for the users? I was not able to find it in GPO or Registry. Can anyone...

Problem: I just installed CS2 on my Gateway Desktop the other day. I was unable to use CS2 because I maxed out my serial code on another laptop for work. Since yesterday the phone keeps getting stuck on "Opening" when I get in any of the galleries (Photos, Videos, Animations, etc.), and when I try to access any of the multimedia content via /Config/General/Personalization, and stuff like that.
