Hi, I have a close relationship to a person that seems to be passive-aggressive, however he also crosses over into aggressive behavior, verbal, emotional, physical and even sexual abuse. His behavior is very confusing and for a long time I thought I was wrong about the abuse because of how most is done. There is what some call the crazy making behavior. Saying things then ...

Just wondering about other peoples views. In my ongoing process of understanding and coping with my ADHD I have noticed a pattern I have. Before and after diagnosis/meds, I have a really hard time recognizing passive/aggressive type people. I currently HAVE to deal with some one like this. After a conversation with this person, I often feel "slapped in the face". It takes me a couple of days to ...

I'm @ work today and am working with the least-liked therapist in the hospital. Just the 2 of us. Our load is split according to types of patient. I have the NICU, peds, and family birthing center and she has the adults. She's been much busier than I have, and I have only called to ask her if she needs help once. I'm doing it on purpose. She is the laziest person I have ever met. She goes ...

She is managing our team while the regular manager is away on maternity leave, and she's doing such a horrible job that once the other girl returns from maternity leave, the current manager is not going to manage any teams. She's not ready to manage teams. Anyway, she pissed me off this morning and we were in ...

Unfortunately there is no way to actually prove it. It's pathetic the things she does. Or rather, doesn't do. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++ Why not? Is there not some mechanism to verify that she has done something? Can an investigation be launched and her patients simply asked? It makes no sense. Usually, I am all for minding my own ...

Well, tell her what you're telling us. When you have the time, just talk to her privately and tell her that you would prefer that she talked to you in a different tone. Say that you'd like for her to ask you to do things, rather than tell you in a ordering manner.
