Hi any got a part number for the airbag found in the side of the passenger seat? i noticed that on the sports interior there is aplastic part on the side of both the driver and passengers side where the airbag sits behind, but cant seen any plastic parts on side of cloth seats??

I googled and couldn't find. I have modified my driver seat for $35.00 to increase height by 2 inches, perfect. Now i need passanger seat wider so wife will ride. Don't mind getting rid of luggage rack since maybe wider seat could not fit. Any ideas please. thanks maurice

Is there a reason that most people seem to be doing their amp installs under the driver's seat? I do not have a BOSE unit, and don't think I have any useful wires running under the driver's seat. I have read in the workshop manual that removal of the passenger seat requires the SEAT WEIGHT SENSOR CALIBRATION to be performed. Anyone have experience removing the passenger seat?

I noticed recently that the console light for the passenger seat belt keeps flashing when I'm driving and nobody / nothing is in the passenger seat. Has anybody else had this happen? It's a little distracting since it will stay on for a while (supposed to be off when nobody is sitting in the seat?) and then flashes 3 or 4 times every minute or so. Is there something wrong with the weight ...

I fiddled around with the seat a few days ago. I could easily see that when I pushed up on the bottom of the seat, or pulled up on the front of the seat (the padded overhang) that the sensor would go off. A little pressure on the seating surface would turn the light back on and it would stay on until I forced it to turn off. I left it in the off state by simply pulling up a bit...

The passenger seat probably only has manual controls and heat while the drivers side has memory as well. If configired the drivers seat only has memory in the module for the seat - not for the mirrors - though it does supply power to the mirror memory control pad and so is required for mirror memory to work... e.g. you can have seat memory without mirror memory but not mirror memory without...

Could this have something to do with a passenger ajusting the seat, or you ajusting the passenger seat forward or backward? I have a rattle when i break after that, because the seat is not grappling to the floor rail. That sound is not only annoying, but scared the **** out of me too when it happens.
