Hello: I need to send two medicine cabinets to St Thomas parcel post for me to pick up Dec 1 as I pass thru St Thomas. Is there a place where I can send these units. Any other suggestions?

I don't know anything about USPS. If the shipping method in the ebay auction was listed as USPS First Class, but a buyer bought in quantity so the order ended up being over the First Class weight limit, would they be mad if it shipped Parcel Post? Would they be mad if it shipped Priority? Just don't want to learn the hard way. Thanks.

the sender mailed the package out too me on the september 4th and still the package has not been recieved. I checked out the tracking and delivery confirmation. Everything looked fine up until the 13th of september it has not changed and is in philidepia PA.... it still shows item in transit.. do you think its lost in the mail?? Should i file a complain once it reaches one month ...

This has happened to me a few times recently so it must be a trend. The listing indicates UPS ground in the shipping details as the shipping method and shipping costs reflect that. The seller then ends up shipping via parcel post. In this case the shipping time increased from 2 days to 8 days as a result of the cheaper shipping method. If you are unsure of the speed of your shipment for eg. if they buy multiples, and you combine at say $1 for each additional and total cost of shipping ends up being $4 yet, too heavy for first class which is 13 oz, you could downgrade to parcel post if you sellect standard shipping when you originally list ( that way you have the option, and buyer cannot complain for the so called downgrade, ...

Connections, in Cruz Bay, runs a private post office with mail boxes, fax and copy services. You can also send to them c/o General Delivery and I believe they have $5/week charge to hold for you up to two weeks.
