I'm trying to understand the colors in the default palette. Typically, default palettes are a superset of the historical 16 EGA colors. However, I can't find things like pure green in Paint.NET's default palette. The closest is (0,255,33) I'm wondering how the 33 came about -- it seems unusual. This is in 3.50.3596.41598.

I haven't added an article for awhile. Today I when trying to create a new article, I noticed that the font color palette option is missing in article editor. Only way is to code it in using html option. I updated had updated when 1.5.14 came out and today to 1.5.15 but no change. Was the font color option removed or is it something corrupted on my site? Screenshot of article editor attached...

In XL 2003, I can drag the fill color palette (and any of the other drop downs, like shapes, etc.) to stay on screen so that I can choose one color after another without having to click the drop down first. How do I do this in XL 2007? Also, in XL 2007, instead of standard, different colours, the defaults are a new palette of colors...

In the Properties Palette of my PSE5 it indicates that the size of a photo is 163.2 kb , 737 x 1195. The first number is the file size and the second are the dimensions of the image. But 737 x 1105 = 814 385 not 163.2 kb. Can someone explain this for me. Thanks, Bob S

I create and maintain my company's tool palettes for each client. 99% of the time i am using Civil 3D. The problem is when i create or edit a tool palette block in C3D a vanilla CAD user will get a proxy warning everytime they insert that block. I understand that they can suppress these warnings but its also nice to know when there are proxy objects in files and you're using plain CAD. Is ...
