Just seen this on the hukdeals website in Tesco at £14.97. I have Paint Shope Pro v.7 on my old desktop at present but I am looking to get a new desktop pc with windows 7 soon. Would this be a good item to buy for it? And if so, does anyone know if it will work with windows 7 as the comments vary on hukd. Thanks.

Hi, I had a very unpleasant response from the corel support department. Had some problems with a terribly slow X2 installation. I added loads of information, took a night to describe what i had done and tested, reinstalled etc. Their answer: buy the ultimate edition.... They hurt my feelings... they did... So in case any of you have problems with *very* slow PSP X2...

Have you turned off UAC. It's a worthless part of Vista, and probably a worthless part of W7 as well. It apparently doesn't always ask to block something and just does it silently.

War bei mir auch mit auf dem NB vorinstalliert. Hat mir nicht so gefallen. Ich unterstütze lieber GIMP als freie Software ... Aber vielleicht verschenkt Corel das jetzt auch deshalb, weil es kaum noch jemand haben will?

I'm not sure how software companies work when it comes to buyouts, but what if Corel won't let go of PSP unless the buyer pays a fortune that's not worth their investment. Does psp just wither away?
