MLBTR mentions free agent (Class B) Vincente Padilla as a possible sign for the Angels rotation. Saw him a couple times last season with the Dodgers...he didn't look bad from what I saw.

According to the Washington Post , the Nationals are interested in free agent right-hander Vicente Padilla.
