Hello Ladies, Sadly, AF showed up today... and I'm now headed into my 8th month TTC. Ugh. Anyway, this month I want to try something new. I have read a little bit about Evening Primrose Oil and Vitex. Which one do you think I should try? Or can I try both? Would that be overkill? Has anyone had success with either/both?
