Good post Prado, bottom line Paul is a business man and after reviewing all the info, he has determined that the best route is to proceed with an asset purchase instead of a merger. There can be many reasons behind this as stated in your post. As for me I feel good about today's PR.

I’m currently planning to visit the Prado during the free hours from 5-8 pm on Sunday, Dec 27. Will that involve a long, slow moving line? Would it be better to just book a ticket for the 4:30 pm entrance and bypass the line? In terms of logistics, is there a separate line/entrance for those with existing reservations? Looking for a ute for my old boy. after looking through our local nissan dealer we went for a look out of interest into the forbiden zone. Seen some fresh of the boat new model prados. Pretty ugly car i reckon looks like a 200 thats shrunk in the wash. Interesting tho there now availible in short wheel base. Just thought i'd put it out there for anyone whos interested.

I got into a fender bender this past week and the TJM 15 didn't survive. It really sucks you can't get these in the US anymore. The 2010 GX is on the Lexus.com website. It does have pictures, prices for both models. I tried to build one , but it went back to 09... Too bad the front end looks like I'm not too sure what. Too bad they didn't use the Prado front end..... That would have been better.......

Do you have any favourite hotel in Madrid for a short stay, well-priced, pretty much in the center? I've been to Hotel Plaza Mayor, a 2-star hotel close to the main square and Prado Museum. I'll just wish one thing, Dexter to kill Trinity. Makes me so angry when I see Trinity treating his family as slaves, and killing innocent people. (I know it's fiction) On season 3, Miguel Prado since the beginning started to get annoying happily Dexter done him for good.
