System was working fine the other day, today it will not power up. I tried a different power cord, plug etc. is there anything else simple that it could be before I go ripping out the PSU? Could it just be the front panel power switch? Is it safe to use a screwdriver to connect the two PWR headers like you can to clear CMOS? Any other suggestions gratefully accepted. Cheers.

I will remove the intake snorkel & rejet. 42 slow jet 112 main jet I do not want to remove the exhaust baffle (concerned about noise). Do I need to replace air filter w/ uni-flow or twin-air, or does stock flow enough w/ snorkel removal? Is there any other mod required to...

I've been working on a 755 for a client, and I've run into a problem. Originally, the issue was that the user could not get the computer to power on. When I looked at it, the power button light was amber, there were no other diagnostic lights lit, and the computer would not power on. After a few minutes, the computer began to smoke. I unplugged the power cord from the computer and ...

HI CLEGGSAN, WHEN I ATTEMPT TO TURN THE TV ON, THE POWER LCD FLASHES BETWEEN RED AND GREEN AND THE TV DOES NOT START UP. OCCASIONALLY IT WILL START IF YOU KEEP CYCLING IT ON AND OFF. IT IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD. THE PROBLEM STARTED OUT MONTHS AGO BUT HAS COME TO THE POINT THAT IT WILL NOT START AT ALL NOW. I HAVE GENERAL REPAIR SKILLS AND WOULD LIKE TO FIX THIS MYSELF. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE...

The CQ60 was working fine for months. I shutdown Windows last night. This morning it won't turn on!  The light by the power plug is on but the charging light is not. Pressing the power up button doesn't turn it on.  Any ideas?

Hi, I dropped my phone while it was ringing. It seemed like nothing happened to it, because i picked it up and answered the call. While i was in the call, i got disconnected and the phone displayed "Please insert a SIM card". So i turned it off, and now it won't turn back on. I'm getting the regular vibration and the screen seems to be on, but it dies after a few seconds. If i keep ...

02 Drivers Power Window--Will Not Roll Up One of the issues our 02 has/had (known issue at time of purchase a couple of days ago) was the drivers window not wanting to roll up. You had to help it by pulling up on the glass. It would also rock fore and aft. I found some basic instructions on how to remove the door panels (easy and straight forward) and proceeded to the task at hand....
