Didn't he write "Come Little Children"? I love that poem and think he is a genius (yes we all know he was a bit odd in the head) but why is it that my mom bought me, "The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe" yet I cannot find it in there?

Hi there, I have to write an essay about The Raven by Poe. I'm a bit puzzled, I'm looking for a synonym that can replace "get over" in the following "Poe has not managed to get over the death of Lenore" Thank you!

A beautiful day to gaze into your dreamy eyes, a tint of red and yellow dyes. A haze to see in a jar, salt to sour, distrust afar. A knock, back to your shelf. oops! I thought it was Poe. My bad. Jonathan Phillip Allen

( Hi all, I stumbled across this forum in a thread wondering where the young prodigy Jeff Sarwer had disappeared to. He was the kid who was represented by Jonathan Poe in the Searching for Bobby Fischer film. Well, as an avid poker player I can tell you he is now beginning to play poker professionally and is making quite a stir on the poker scene after only playing for a very short time. ...
