I'm a proud and very satisfied Quark 8 user on the Mac running OS X Snow Leopard, but I have to send some of my artworks off to India for a Printing House to use. I went to Apple store last week and saw the new 27" LED screen of iMac. I have a feq questions on the machine before I make a decision to move to Mac. L have been think of getting a Dell 3008 30" for a while, but the iMac 27" LED seems to have some advantages. When I turn on my desktop PC I get the follwing: "User Profile Service service failed to log on. User profile cannot be loaded." When I bought my PC I was told I could change my vista appearance to look more like XP (so it was more familar and user friendly for me)but I can not seem to figure it out. Can someone help me with that set up?? Thank you. 1 person needs an answer I do too

Yesterday an end user was off-site and wanted to use RWW to connect to her desktop in the office. About a year ago it worked, but this time her PC rebooted every time she tried. She got an error message saying that her request had timed out. From home I was able to successfully use RWW and connect to my desktop at work, but I had the same problem she did when I tried to connect to her desktop....
