I plan to order a Mitch Rosen shoulder holster for my P228 to complement my belt holster from them. Their web site indicates two options: 1. Stylemaster. Brass fittings, all pieces including harness are lined. $460.00 for black. $385.00 for light brown. 2. Express Line/Stylemaster Express. No lining, no brass connector, no hand honing. I have been very pleased with the Stylemaster for my 228. It's more expensive but factor the cost over years of comfort and relaibility.

P228 Shoulder Holster

Any recommendations on a good, quality shoulder holster for a P228? Mitch Rosen looks and is great; however, their $385.00 to $465.00 range is a little beyond my budget at this time. I am left-handed and prefer leather. I went to the Galco site and the Jackass rig looked pretty attractive; however, I'm not sure it is made for left-handers. Comments welcome.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I suppose I can come up with something suitable. I carry a Mitch Rosen belt holster with FBI cant most of the time, but want a shoulder holster as well. All the best
