I have a siemens MicroMaster 420 VFD. It is a 5hp 480V VFD. Ocasionally the VFD will trip on overvoltage. When looking at the line voltages on the drive we read right around 493V L-L. Should this L-L voltage be enough to drive the DC bus into an overvolatge? I would think this would still be within tolerence. Hello, I am looking for a modern "off the shelf" IDMT overvoltage relay which could replace a discontinued line of the type GEC Measurements DBA4 relay. The voltage to monitor may range from 20VDC to 200VDC. Could you also please supply the name of the source of this type of relay. I shall be most grateful for any help on this rather urgent matter. hi i recently flashed my 5870 with the msi bios, now it can bypass the 900/1300 barier in msi afterburner.... i managed to reach 1024/1325 clock/memory with voltage 1.250 ..... is the voltage ok, or need to be higher?? after one hour of playing crysis the card stop responsing.... the temp was 55 dgree c max so what is the max voltage that is safe ...

When the car is running the battery voltage gauge reads in the high red zone, (about 18v). With the engine shut off the battery voltage reads normal. Is this a problem with the alternator? Answer Hi Martin, This is easy to test. Just put your volt meter across the battery and read battery voltage (12.5+). Then have someone start the engine and set the RPM at about 1500 and read the voltage....

I can only overclock my E2140 till 1.85 Ghz ( 230mhz x 8). When i try overclock something higher ( 2 ghz etc), it cant even boot and says overclocking / overvoltage failture during the 2nd boot-up ( after switching off the main power) Any help is appreciated...
