I am having major problems. The themes I download have an external stylesheet and an internal style sheet. I have made changes to both to get the desired result on my local machine. However, it says we can only make changes to the external sheet but we can't alter the HTML source code, where the internal ss lies. How do I get around this?! It is driving me crazy.
