When he fought Big Nog he used it many times. Loops in with an overhand when he spots a Jab. Wether or not he connects he moves all his body ...

Fedor's right hand is a bomb! He throws it a bit unorthodox. How does one train for it? Stay inside his reach and throw an uppercut when he lets it fly?

think about it u mental midget.....how many of those bubble screens are thrown backwards and are NEVER considered a run......technically a lateral is an underhand pitch.... an overhand throw is never considered a run KoncreteGuy - you must have posted 30 different variations of this, and you managed to get them all wrong. Your mental midget membership card is in the mail.

Hoeveel zij ner ni die wanneer het spel er pas was na een paar weken al van sides switchten omdat ze ni genoeg scenarios wonnen en liever aan de "winning" side stonden. Daar kan mythic imo niveel aan doen. Der zijn ...

I was shadowing at a tournament a couple months back to become a judge. As we were walking by a table we watched a between game shuffle by a player. He riffled plenty of times, but as he was finishing, a card fell on the table face up. He then placed the card on top of his deck and did one overhand shuffle. The judge I was shadowing with then asked me to stop the game as they went to inform the ...

Wow, I am happy that some guys wanna try it. What is your current (estimated) one arm max and whom shall I write down to the list? The hard part of lifting 275 with one arm is for sure the grip (That is the reason why I wrote without straps). I seriously doubt that anyone who can not pull 400 double overhand or 500+ with a normal grip can pull close to 300 with one arm but we will see ....
