I received an email from Travelodge to say that Premier Inn has been overcharging customers. Premier Inn has an offer of rooms for £29 a night, however, if you only click on their 'Quick Booking' you will never be offered this price. You need to book by clicking on the picture of Lenny and then you will have the chance of a £29 a night booking. I have just cancelled and rebooked a room for ...

It seems for a few months Chase has been overcharging my balance of what I actually charged on my card. I have to go through my statements with a fine tooth comb, but I'm pretty sure they are overcharging me. I know for a fact this month they are charging me $30 over. I tallied up all my charges this month, double and triple ...

So today I had my car at the dealer (Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA) to get a minor issue addressed. The SA showmed me some uneven wear on tires , and suggested an alignment. I figured that the car was about due for it and asked about the cost. They get a bit over $300 for a bleeding alignment! Combine that with the $195 price they quote me for an oil change, and I have to ask myself, how do ...

I just picked up an 85 GMC pick-up that I am having some electrical problems with. The alt guage always shows overcharging (pinned to the right) even though It has a new battery and new altenator that I just installed (it had the probelm before I changed out those parts) they did not correct it. It measures 14.5 volts when running so I know it is not overcharging. But it gets better the fuel ...

Hey all, Car is back at the garage again needing some more work (story of it's life!) So, purchased my 166 for £4.5k back in January of this year. Lot of people thought it was overpriced (typical retailer overcharging) but since I didn't pay for it I wasn't too fussed. I did get 6 months tax, 1 years MOT & 1 years warranty, which believe me I have needed! And I think it's ...

I switched the phone off (my phone) and got a new sim of a new contract with O2. Didn't hear anything for about 12 months. Now i've got 3 seperate collection companies chasing me alleging I owe orange circa £...
