After copying and pasting the Outlook .pst file (from desktop to laptop via a USB memory stick), all of the mail and mail folders appear with no problems. When I select new mail message and to:, the contacts do not appear. What am I missing here? Is there something else...

Clients are running Outlook 2003 on a 2008 R2 Terminal server. When they try to open the address book, they get the following message. The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook Address ...

I can't print HTML emails at all in Outlook 2003 SP3, lately. Plain Text prints fine. When I try to print an HTML message I don't get an error message--Print windows simply will not appear. IE7 is my default browser. Converting emails to plain text is not an option. I cannot print HTML emails (nor change print settings) to any of my three printers.

With Outlook 2010 approaching we'll be looking to certify that for ZCO as soon as possible (plus some other new possibilities with the PST format opening up...finally.) Many are already on 2007 - how do you feel about 2003 support EOL? None of those poll questions mean we intend to intentionally block it's use when we hit the end of official support, but of course the means we'll stop ...

I'm running Outlook 2003 (SP3). The server is offering "250 - STARTTLS" and Outlook 2003 has a checkbox "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" We all know that SSLV3 is approximately TLSV1 but "approximately" in the encryption world in never close enough. Can Outlook 2003 participate in TLS? If so, what do I need to do to make this work? Please notice that ...
