Check to see if the staps are snug enough by putting your LO into the seat fastening it and trying to pinch the straps at his shoulders. If you can pinch the strap it is too loose and tightening it may solve the problem. However, if it is you will probably see resistance when you change it. otherwise go to a carseat safety checking place and they can help you get it to the right tightness. ...
