Nice, I think that is actually better than Balrog's c.lp frame advantage but she can't dish them out as fast as him. Plus, he gets frame advantage when it's BLOCKED. So...yeah.

Sounds like something(!) has changed in that time period to cause the issue. Can you think of or look for any changes recently?
