Cabat in ottone Thanks to jburgh's help, I somehow tracked down a cabat in ottone but would now like to ask all the ottone bag/wallet/pouch owners how the ottone leather ages. Does it rub off badly? Thank you so much for all your kind comments!!! The condition of the bag seems to be quite good (no/very little sign of wear for the bag itself), but I have a doubt about the condition of the handle, so now looking into the possibility of changing (or reconditioning) the handle. The more I see the pictures of the bag, the more I want it!!! I am sure I will end up getting it.... ;-) ...

VCHIK - if you really love the style of the bag then go for it! Send it to rehab. The only thing I would tell you is because it's made of suede the original gold dust will not come back in the places where they've already fallen off. That is the nature of suede leather. It will just come back looking clean - so instead of seeing some gray, it will likely be restored to it's cream/taupe ...

doloresmia - Congrats on Ms Birkin. That is the first time I have seen brushed palladium on a bag. But, I will keep my eye open for Ottone, just on case. I bet you could be tempted, lol!
