As a conservative, I wouldn't. I feel that free flow of people would eventually cause each other's countrys to lose its independence and culture, etc. Best to have work permit/green card if we want to change and live in another country. What do you think?

Hi I dislike having open borders if I have a lot of unsettled land blocked off just cause while the AI is reluctant to send settlers through your borders they WILL send troops to take over barbie cities. Which amounts to the same thing. A enemy city behind your lines you have to deal with and almost ALWAYS in a sucky location grrrr. Kaytie
