I recieved my samples of the new 3G Jet Opaque paper today. What paper should I choose when printing these? Not sure if it should be a glossy photo or maybe just plain paper. I'm using my Epson 1400 with the Claria inks. I don't want to risk ruining one of them so I thought I'd better ask. Thanks, MoHntr

ok...so i also tested my sample of 3G Opaque yesterday evening and I re tested Roland's Opaque using Roland's instructions as posted by Luis. I also WASHED and DRIED a tee with an exact copy of a Masonic symbol using both transfers. And I Luis was right....the Roland in my opinion, had the edge on color accuracy as well as softness. In my world I would have to place the "best opaques" in the ...

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to take an image on a white background and turn it into an opaque/transparent color wash so that I can layer it over other images while maintaining the intensity of the color. An example of an image that has the effect I'm looking for is here:  http://theinternetspectacular.files.wordpress.com/ 2007/06/bradbury_sample_1.jpg  THANKS SO MUCH!...

Anyone have a favorite kind of Opaque black Tights? There are so many out there and I have had bad luck finding good ones. I don't want shiny, but I don't want a tight that is too "grabby" - where it causes a skirt to ride up. Any advice?

I have read MANY threads on this and tried MANY diff techniques to no avail :-( Using laser 1 opaque tried the following: 25 to 35 seconds at 300/350 and 375 (as per instructions supplied with product), did not work. 2 full mins at 300 degrees with pressing cloth over teflon sheet as well as no pressing cloth (just teflon), then let it cool, peel, silicon sheet and repress for 5 seconds. Controversial Opaque Blue Schwinn Stingray? Well I have been emailing today privately to try to get the scoop on the Fritz Fastback. Even though we still don;'t know a whole lot more here is a few clues to the puzzle, I will keep on this until we beat the story out of them, lol My first email is at the bottom that I sent out to get answers. I started with Dan and ...

Bmu, As you correctly imply, I have been opaque about the DD research behind my statements. This had beeb deliberately, except for the EEL Bomu Update. But I think you missed this line (from post#186830 to Wcamom), where i have stated source origins. "For my material comes from outside the companies as well. That is all I can answer for at present. spp119

Hi All, I am working on a java application which communicates with C++ dynamic library. The library returns the output (in the form of textual & Picture information) on a native MAC dialog (DialogPtr -- An opaque type that represents a dialog in MAC) which I am creating using "Resorcerer" software for MAC. The library is purely developed using C++. My requirement is to get the native ...

Hello, I have an image of transparent liquid in chemistry beakers. I need to make the liquid appear thicker, or more opaque (water vs. glue). Is that possible in Elements? Thank you! Iris

Hi, I'm trying to achieve an effect where some text regularly pulses, getting larger and smaller and more and less opaque and stays in the middle of the screen. It's the middle of the screen part which I'm having trouble with, the text is positioned top right but I don't know how to get half the width and height of the text to offset it. Could someone point me in the direction? Thanks...

This is going to be a multi-day experience, so I'll come back and edit this as time goes by...typing as I taste... Purchased at Total Wine for $17.99. Bottled in 2008. Unfiltered. Decanted 11/23/2009 7pm Opaque; deep, inky purple with blackberry cola at the edges. Not extremely alcoholy, which I normally attribute to just-opened LBV's, fruity, blackberry, figs, chocolate, almost a faint hint...

Selected to celebrate the launch of the new TNDB as it is a VP that does not currently appear in the index... D+2hrs Very dark ruby red and still fully opaque. A little tanky and spirity on the nose. Smooth and thick entry with masses of blackcurrant and chocolate. Good acidity and ripe tannins. Stawberry in the finish, which is long and very, very dry. Unlike some 2000 VPs I have tasted ...
