Been feeling great and got to an ultimate low weight this week but the last two days have just been stressful. Between school, studying, missing my boyfriend, applying to nursing school, I am just stressed and want and need a break! So how am I taking that break? Eating ofcourse and as usual. It doesn't help and just makes me procrastinate so why do ...

So I got home from a weekend away to a house totally NOT stocked with my healthy foods. Feeling stressed b/c I'm exhausted from the weekend and drive and now have to work from 9:30-12:30 a.m. So what did I do ... the same as I used to do ... eat a huge "I'm not going to worry about points tonight" dinner, then even though I had eaten to the point of ...

I just could not go to sleep. I was SO frustrated!!! I was laying down for 3 hours and could not fall asleep. In doing that...I started thinking about a lot of ...

I know I have lost weight and firmed up when I worked with hand tools building trails and even adopted my hippie crew members penchant for healthy food. After the program I went to a job where I sat on my ass and let my healthy eating habits slide. I have since started going to the gym and have learned to cook healthy meals . Guess what I am losing fat and gaining muscle. I have to keep it up ...

OP, I totally feel you! It's frustrating! DD2 is like that....I know eating slowly is healthier, but Katy takes an hour to 1hr45min to eat! It's ridiculous! I usually do what PPs said, the rest of the family eats, talks, I clean the kitchen and then leave her alone until she finishes. But when we have something else to do (classes, errands, etc) it gets ugly because I have to rush her and...

My DS is 5, and Dh and I call him a "grazer". He rarely eats everything in one sitting, and prefers to snack all day long as opposed to eating three separate, larger meals. Is it frustrating? YES! Is it, to me and DH, worth fighting over every day, every meal? NO! I had to realize that I wasn't willing to die on this hill and to let it go. He eats lunch at school and is ravenous when I ...
