I have read 50+ posts about this problem of Office 2007/MS Installer running a configuration routine upon starting any of the programs. I found a simple solution for Word that doesn't work for Excel, Outlook, or Access. Has anyone (i.e. Microsoft) found a definitive answer to this? Thanks
