He was successfully self-employed before and will be again. There are things that he shines at and others simply provide an income. I would like to see him feel happy again doing what would make him happy. He is allowed to be self-employed 1 year into post release supervision. So it is an attainable goal.

This type of stuff is tragic but it's happens everyday in China. The only problem is that these people are very hard to catch without leads, which are mainly from grainy video footage from security cameras.
