Keep in mind all cellular companies have caps now. Sprint was the last 'unlimited' and now has a 50 gig limit.

Dont assume everyone who uses that much is a thief. Did you know that you can buy / rent DVDs online and download them? And when I used to rent movies / games at Blockbuster (brick and mortar for those who don't know) I easily surpassed the equivalent of 2 DVDs per day. So if I were to download the same amount - say 6 DVDs every 2 days, which was my average, thats approx. (4.7 x 6) x 15 = 423GB ...

It's not that 250GB is enough... if you've been paying for an uncapped service all this time, why should you get less for what you've been paying for.
