Hello...I need some input, please! My toddler son has mulitple food allergies, including gluten - not Celiac's. I recently bought some Gluten Free oats & made oatmeal cookies, which he loved. The problem was he was reacting to the cookies shortly after eating them. I know it has to be the oats somehow. Any ideas??

Has anyone seen steel cut oats in Sydney - if so, where? I looked at Harris Farm and did not see them, I'm in the US now and considering bringing some back.

Are old fashioned oats better than quick or instant oats? There was a time when I recommended old-fashioned oatmeal over quick-cooking and instant oatmeal. But no longer. You see, it's an old wives' tale that nutritionally speaking, one form of oatmeal is better than the other. It's a matter of taste, not nutrition, so relax, pick your favorite oatmeal and be happy and healthy. That said...

Absolutely amazing product! I requested a sample of the Oats&Whey since I was in the market for a morning or post-workout shake. They sent me 5 samples immediately (along with a shaker cup and their product catalog/mag!). Now on to taste, I had the Vanilla Bean flavor and... it tasted... REALLY good surprisingly. I'd give it a 9/10 taste rating. Mixability gets a 10/10... the powder ...

Hi everyone! Just found out that we are unable to rent the house we had this year for 2010, as it's already rented out, so we are having to look elsewhere for somewhere to stay! On the Gulf Coast Rentals.com website, are two townhomes which look like they are next door to each other - one is called "Sea Oats" and the other is called "Beachin' It". ...
