Sirs, I have two exch 2003 SP1 FE on MS NLB with two exch 2003 SP1 BE on MS cluster. Now, I have installed two exch 2003 SP2 FE servers ( separate, not integrated into current NLB ). OWA works fine when accessed via old SP1 FE. When I access via new SP2 FE, I can login and logout only in standard mode. If I access in premium mode, it stopped at "loading" message with  only a few icons...

Sirs, We have fixed the problem. It became problem because I installed SP2 directly on FE without installing SP1 first. Re-installing Exchange with SP1 did not help. We followed the work-around in this article and problem was fixed. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910119 Thanks and Regards, mt...

Hi, I am experiencing a problem with a previously stable 2003 sp2 exchange server. All my OWA clients are getting a "loading" message in the messages window after logging in. If we select "basic" then the directories and messages load OK. I've gone through http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=280823 and it doesnt help. Any other ideas would be gratefully received. Thanks...

i have a problem that when browsing OWA 2003 with ie7 or 8 it shows only loading i cannot view mails when i use Mozilla its all ok i can view the mails can any one help me in this issue ? i have Exchange 2003 SP2 on WinServer 2003 standard SP2

Hello Mike, Sorry for the delay. I was away for a while.  The problem is still happening. The same issue occurs when we access OWA on the CAS server directly.  I've been through the 280823 kb article and nothing in that article has helped.  I've used the article before to troubleshoot similar issues in a pure Exchange 2003 environment but these symptoms seem slightly different.
