Nowadays many people have big screen, so they can manipulate a lot of software window at the same time such as reading a pdf with full screen but still have a small notepad window at the top of the pdf page, where one can take some note or summarization. Of course google doc will be better because all notes will be on the net so as safer, but to my surprised the chrome window has a minimum width...
