Hi, New to this forum, but wonder if anyone could tell me the best method of recording your own sound files to work through TT. I have tried using software such as 'Sound Forge'; which gives the option to save as an Ogg. Problem is that the file will not play fully on the TT unit because, I assume it becomes to big, most of the sounds like Liz Whitaker etc are around 28kbs, even short ...

( Package: mediatomb-daemon Version: 0.11.0-3 Severity: normal Mediatomb identifies ogg vorbis audio files as application/ogg, which are then not mapped as object.item.audioItem.musicTrack. However, the files are indexed as audio files since some metadata of album and artist are extracted on import time. Modifying config.xml with the following seems to fix this ...

Ogg Vorbis has become my preferred format for music that is intended for any portable device that I own. Why doesn't it get more support on mobile handsets? This has become a huge selling point for me and going forward, I will not purchase a handset that will not allow me to play those audio files. Currently, I am using a Treo 755p with Pocket Tunes. The most recent Palm offerings do not support ...

Hi all, I'm hoping a few of you out there might be willing to help me confirm buggy behavior on the Clip+ (clip plus) before I add a post to the bug list thread. Playback on my Clip+ will hang at the end of certain ogg vorbis files. The device will still accept some button input, but if I select a different track the playback screen will still be stuck on the bad track and no audio is ...
