My '06 TJ 4.0L is showing a CEL. Pulling the codes gives me P1033, which a google search told me means faulty O2 sensor. Is there any way to tell which sensor? I understand there are multiple O2 sensors. How hard would this be to replace myself since I'm just out of warranty?

I need a o2 sensor for my 2003 Evo. I picked up one from a new Evo and apparently they are different. My 02 sensor has the flat plug. The newer ones are square. Let me know if you have one. Paypal ready. Contact: bridecory@yahoo.com 1-570-637-0125
I haven't been here in a while, a year or so and I thought I remember someone was buying these. I've been saving them up over the last year and have quite a few.

I just got a CE light ('99 528it with 90k miles) and it happened at the first really cold snap so I'm assuming I popped an O2 sensor. I'll get the code read before I do the change, but had a question... Is it usually the Pre-cat or Post-cat sensors that go. I seem to remember from my E36 days that one pair need replacing every 100K or so and the other pair is basically good for life. Does ...

Is there any sort of O2 sensor bypass for a 95’ GMC Sierra? Something that plugs in and tells the engine "Everything’s gonna be OK." For some reason my sensors keep breaking, and/or malfunctioning. The truck hates cold or wet weather, it’ll run just fine on the highway but stop and go traffic sucks, tries to stall on me all the time. My exhaust came loose a while back right where the manifold and...

O2 Sensor Spacer Help I installed my AMS High Flow Cat. My SES light came on. I was sure it was because of the High Flow Cat. I check it just incase it was something else. The error code was for an exhaust leak near the rear O2 sensor or bad O2 sensor. So I ordered the O2 Sensor Spacer from AMS. It comes with 3 different jets. I ...

I was looking at rockauto for an o2 sensor, and there were a bunch of options. Some come with the wires, some don't. And is there a better brand then another, or does it really matter on something like this? Also, what is up with the core charge; I was lookin at some half shafts and there is an $100 core charge.

Got a newbie question here. Was thinking ob putting in a PLX wide band AFR setup and wanted to know if the wideband Bosch sensor can replace the stock o2 sensor? Will the ECM be able to interpret the wideband sensor output correctly? Or do I need to have both sensors, sotck sensor going to ECM and the wide band going to the gauge? Thanks in...

The car runs a little on the rich side and I'm wondering if I should be using the stock O2 sensors or should I be using something else? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated....Tim...

Read some posts about replacing the o2 sensor. It was suggested to remove the cat. first. Has anyone did it without removing the cat.? I can reach in with a 22mm fix wrench, but not strong enough. Got the sensor socket, but no enough room. Any good suggestion? thx, Simon
