Remove all Advertisements I have a 99 KX 250 and need Orings for the expansion chamber where it meets the head. My local store only has one. I need two. Is there another quick fix? like is there a place I can go buy some kind of Silicone High temp O ring at a local store? i only need it for one day.

Does anybody know if I can pick up the O rings that go between the exhaust manifold, and the chamber locally at a hardware store, or something? I really don't want to wait for the stuff to come from California. It turns out I only have ONE of the two needed O rings, and it doesn't look that great.

I'm having a difficult time installing my injectors after replacing the O-Rings. This is on my 1.8T APH from a 2000 NB. I simply can't get the injectors to seat in the intake. I've tried everything I can think of. The intake is out of the car so I can get good leverage on it. I've literally put all my weight on it and it just won't go. I purchased the O-Rings from ECS. They (and many other parts...
Hello Folks Just wanted to get some feedback on if the two small O-rings on the filter housing, part number 11421744001 get changed for every oil change. If they do, then why are they not part of the OEM BMW filter kit? Second I had to order these O-rings from the dealer and wait two days, now it seems to me that given the number of oil services the dealer would do, would they not have ...

Ok, moving along! In the middle of getting an o-ringed and ported head and a set of ARP studs. Got it fired up, everything torqued to 140 lb-ft, and tomorrow goes on the turbo and downpipe. Now it's time to hit it with two more stages of nitrous Anybody push the limits of this type of setup on a 1st gen yet?? The other good news was that my deck on the block was super flat--less than ....

Today I changed the oil in my new-to-me C32 for the first time. I used an oil extractor, Mann fleece filter, Mobil 0W-40 and a filter cap wrench I found at Schuck's auto parts. By far the easiest oil change I have ever completed, though the claims I have seen on this forum of being able to do it without getting your hands dirty seem impossible considering what is ...

There is a question, but I wanted to share what led up to me having it in the first place. I recently replaced the three valve o-rings with .017 new ones. Going out to play I hear a small leak, I re-lube (wet look) and reinstall but still hear the leak. I called my local shop who sells MacDev and he agrees to look at it, we replace all possible o-rings with fresh ones and it's still ...

When I put the tensioner back in, I had the piston compressed and used a safety pin to hold it in. That worked really well. Once I had the tensioner bolted in and the chain tightened back up, then I just pulled the safety pin out.

I bought two of the little o-rings just in case I ever need to change them, I'll have them on hand. The drain plug crush washers I just toss in the garbage because I use an evacuator to remove the old oil.
