I'm trying to do some Christmas shopping and want to buy a DVD on Play website. Thing is, it's coming up twice - one says 3 Discs (self explanatory) and the other says O-Ring? What is O-Ring?? Just because the 3 Discs version of this DVD is double the price! I have put the links to the 2 products so you can see what I mean... http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/61825...s/Product.h tml O-...

all, replaced the o-ring to the engine thermostat. Lubed it up real good with oil. Does this simply go back together without any gasket at the top? doesnt seem like it would seal all that gread with just the o-ring. Thanks,

Alright here's the deal. I know that myself and a few others are having some oil leak issues. For myself, it is the oil cooler O-ring. To determine whether or not this may be your problem, jack up your car, start it up and get underneath. Use a flashlight to look up at the oil filter, and the oil cooler (the part which the oil filter screws on to). For me, there is a constant drip coming from ...

I've had my M&P15A for almost two years now, but I'm still a novice with the platform. I live in the city and don't get out to shoot much (young and poor). Now, I had some army boys come over last month and they laughed at me since I've never disassembled the BCG and didn't know how. I know, I know - lots of internet info out there. So my brother-in-law shows me how it comes apart, yells at ...

I see a part called the Rear Main Seal being replaced a lot. I'm starting my 5-speed swap and would like to replace it while I'm in there. I'm assuming it is number 45 in this image? If so, there are 3 #45s available, all with different part numbers. Any idea which one I need? 18486 045 1 OIL SEAL (80X100X10) (NOK) 23439 045 1 OIL SEAL (80X100X10) (ARAI)...

So I bought a used gun off craigslist, and it came with a bunch of co2 tanks. One of these was cracked at the top, above the o-ring. Is it still safe to use? Can it be repaired? And whats the deal with the rubber band wrapped around the bolt on the side? Thanks for any info.

I need a replacement o-ring for the oil pump drive (camshaft synchronizer) (its a 93 so no cam sensor). The one that was on mine was pretty much rotted away and I cant find one that fits properly. They are thinner than a regular o-ring thanks guys

My fuel line drains into the gas tank when turn the car off. Makes car difficult to start. Started 3 days after had work done on fuel assembly. I take the fuel assembly apart, and a o-ring on the check valve is folded. Picture after removal shows brown discoloration where was folded. I suspect was wrong size o-ring. I guessed a o-ring that fit better. Reassembled car. Worked great ...

Can you not take the pump to the store and match a new o-ring to it? Knowing Lotus, they used something made for something else, I think the fenders are the only thing Lotus-specific on the car...lol. Seriously, you could rebuild this entire car with parts from a mom & pops hardware store.

Bought a Toyota filter today - 90915-YZZD1, Made in THailand, filter has Denso on it. The o-ring was pre-lubed with some sort of grease. First time I've ever had a filter with this. The answer appears obvious, but I'm guessing I don't have to put any oil on the o-ring??

Remove all Advertisements Just replacing an old chain on my street-only SM 650R. Got a new O-ring chain but somehow managed to snap the clip on the master link while trying to fit it. (If anyone knows the magical mystery of getting a master link seated on an O-ring chain let me know). Question is, can I use the master link off my old non-O ring ...

Hello everyone, You may have seen my other posts regarding my attempt to drain/flush/refill the automatic transmission on my 2006 Tundra. I've acquired the fluid I need, and new crush washers for the drain plug, and the check plug (both on the bottom of the pan). I still need one more part - and it seems to be problematic. On the ...
