I am trying to source on today and have a few "options" to try, but does anyone actually know what the internal Diameter and cross sectional surface area is for it ? I couldn't find my Verniers last night so had to use a ruler for the hole size and it appears to be Approx 13mm. "O" rings are ordered with Internal Diameter though so I have been working out rubber thickness using Pi X r (...

The Mrs water pump coolant pipe o-ring is leaking in her AU1. I've got a thermostat coolant pipe o-ring left over from my EFII headgasket kit. Are the o-rings in the back of the water pump and thermostat housing the same size, and are they the same between EFII and AU1?

Hi guys, I need to find a replacement of that tiny oring at the tip of the oil cap's rod. Anyone know the size of that oring? The original oring was missing and I can't really tell its thickness. Is it one or two oring? I found this on realoem. It shows two orings. Thank you for all responses.

This may have been answered before, but I did not see it. I have a 2006 v-star custom and I have changed my oil a couple of times now. Both times, I have used a fram filter. The fram does not come with the correct o-ring for my bike. So what filter can I buy that comes with the correct o-ring?

O-Ring Fuel Rail Fabrication Hey guys, A couple months ago CalPoly-Z and I wanted to play with my new-to-me mill. So we bought some Fuel Rail stock from ATP Turbo for $10/ft and made our own fuel rails for Supra 440c injectors. We did a little searching, and found that many people have discussed making their own, and ...

Upper radiator hose looks and feels too goog to be replaced at +/- $50, but the o-ring at the radiator is leaking. Anybodu know the o-ring size at the radiator end? Is in fact a 'normal' o-ring or is it some other section? This is my only car, so partial draining removing, sizing, re-install, re-fill & burp is alot just to get a o-ring size. THEN I have to take it off again to replace...

I need help dudes. I was changing the fuel filters in my 03 6.0 and found a broken O-ring in the 'fuel bowl' TOP 4 micron filter housing. The o-ring is about 1/2" (NOT the cover O-ring). If anybody can verify where it goes, if it's an OEM part or best yet, send me a parts diagram for this housing/regulator I would really be grateful. My AutoEngenuity program says my pumps is running 99.9% and my...

My X has been backfiring and I've been hunting around looking for why. The other day I noticed that the backfiring was coming from only one of the two pipes so this morning I pulled the rear pipe and completely disassembled all the shrouding to have a look. everything looked fine, didn't see any signs of fracture or leak so I decided to have a look at the pair valve reed. When I carefully took ...

I am new to the Inon strobe and love it due to its small size and weight, BUT..... suddenly the damn o ring keeps squeezing out as I tighten the battery cap down. I have tried greasing the inside of the cap itself but the problem persists. When I finally get it right it seals, but so frustrating with so many attempts. Surely I'm not the first to experience this problem, what are others ...

> I've got a Fantasea LED 360 focusing torch used for u/w photography. I've only used it 2-3 times & the head is always very tight, making it dificult to unscrew the head so that I can change the batteries. I've even tried applying Sea & Sea o-ring lubricant which I've used successfully on other camera strobes & torches. I'm now stuck (quite literally) & unable to ...

So after not driving my neon for the past day and being frustrated that it idled at 3000rpm after I put the ATX TB in it I started to undo it all again to find the source of the problem. Pulled the TB off, VIOLA, missing the O ring that sits in the groove under the TB. Quick trip to my local Chrysler dealer, greased up the O ring, bolted everything up, and it magically idled at 1000rpm! The ...
