3 Fetchies (Ribenaface, Dvorak and myself) are meeting on Monday 23rd November to do a 9-10 mile training run in/around the Forth & Clyde and Union canals in Falkirk/Bonnybridge. If you're off work or at a loose end and want to join in then drop us a fmail. We're looking at meeting around 1400/1430 to allow us to get the run completed in daylight. You were lucky it was slippy you had far more traction than lighter peeps dave. Just get more practise in. buckmore have faster ones. Indoor places have far slower ones.
