Novartis today announced a deal with INCY for two hematology drugs, one in PhIII testing. The deal provides for $210M in immediate payments and up to $1.1B of milestones are met. INCY is also entitled to future royaties on sales. The stock is trading up only .80 or about 10%. It has 118M shares outstanding.
