Hello, up for grabs is a 1988 Notchback. The car was originally a 4cyl and was converted over to a 5.0 by Swarr Auto. using the wiring from a 92 so it's Mass Air. The steering column, dash, and console were also used so it has functional airbags. The engine is out of an 88' with about 80k on it. When put in the car, the engine got all new gaskets and seals as well as a new timing ...

Sold my 93 Silver Notchback tonight. Wasn't pushing to sell it very hard, and probably let it go for too little money (the guy jumped on it pretty quick), but now I can move on to something else. I have a little sellers remorse (I always do), so this post is a little therapeutic. On a side note, the guy who bought the coupe loved the Lightning too. I guess I need to change my Log-On ...

Okay, 1984-spec blue and brown interiors from Audi aren't exactly what the brand has built it's 'best interior' reputation on but oldschool Audi lovers will certainly see the value of a rare small bumper 4000 2-door notchback coupe. It's not the rarer and midly more powerful 5-cylinder version but a clean 2-door 4K S is still a hard-to-find find and it's reasonably priced at $1,700 complete ...

It's my first rebuild and it's on a '65 Notchback. I just found out that I don't have camshaft bearings because the bore substitutes as the bearing. That said, does that mean I need a camshaft plug that's more narrow than normal? The spot is grooved; however, the question really is whether a block that takes camshaft bearings require a different plug than that which does not take ...
