Thank you all for the responses. @Rachel Rosen It appears now that the property is listed as "Recently Sold" for $2000.00. This is a *joke*. I have updates with my estimate and needless to say I am not happy with Zillow at all. @Nancy Lee The property was listed for sale for $365,000. We took it off the market in October. There is no reason why it should be listed as recently sold for $2000. ...

Thought about seeing what this would bring will sale for 475. Remingto 1100 20ga has 21inch barrell on it. Willing to make a trade for the right thing. Zillow has a house at my address listed as"for Sale". My house is not for sale. The house pictured as "for sale:" is not my house and is worth considerably less than my house is. I know from recent experience that banks use zilow for appraisal purposes in refinancing and m not pleased to find this erroneus information on this site. This is about 360k less than FMV. I have used zillow to mark the house as not for sale, however, this refreshes each day. When Zillow - without my authority - lists this property for sale it links to a listing on point2.com [ http://listings.point2.com/1000694634/ ].
