I was just wondering whether anyone knows how much advance notice the network gave the producers of Northern Exposure that it wasn't going to be renewed for another year after season 6. Even for established shows who have been around for a while, the cancellation might sometimes not be confirmed till very late in the season, or goodness forbid, until filming had wrapped for the season. I agree McCain is playing gimmick politics. His back is against the wall and he is going for a long shot. His biggest criticism of Obama has been his lack of experience. Palin has a a very short resume despite the fact that it may be very popular and respectful. This resume is so short that it includes Member of PTA, city council and mayor of a town who's population is 9000, and less than 2 ...

True mastery... what can I say? Although these guys pooched out in later years (in my opinion), their Northern Exposure series is incredible. I particularly like the way some of their earlier stuff like this was so progressive over the whole set, it actually mirrored your trip when you were out... Massiv.
